The Graduate Certificate in Corporate Renewal at Northeastern University's D’Amore-McKim School of Business provides graduate-level study in organizational turnaround, restructuring, and renewal. Students build the advanced skills needed to address complex business challenges and lead organizations through periods of disruption and change.
In as few as 12 semester hours, students have an opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of the management and financial issues companies face when they’re in crisis. Coursework examines approaches to corporate reinvention, restructuring, and recovery, including strategies for managing workouts, bankruptcies, liquidations, and reorganization processes. Elective options enable students to explore topics in greater depth including strategic planning, innovation, and negotiation.
